Flxcell with ATEQ Leak System
We are now offering a FLXCELL with a integrated ATEQ leak test system. 
The key to successful Leak testing is combining gage quality fixtures to locate and seal the parts to be measured with instrumentation capable of genuine leak measurement. Ateq’s leak measurement contains the complete actual leak value measured from Zero not to be confused with the typical “leak tester” where zero is a theoretical value derived from software. Global Design is a special purpose machine builder and systems integrator and has been building high quality fixtures for over 12 years, this capability is one of the core competencies that has enabled Global to become a widely recognized supplier of machining and assembly systems and Leak measuring is frequently a critical part of the systems we supply.
We have used a number of leak test systems but have found that ATEQ, a worldwide manufacturer of leak instrumentation systems, provides the ACTUAL LEAK measurements we require.
Global can provide a complete solution to leak test your parts by providing a ATEQ-FLXCELL with a Fixture. Or you may chose to purchase the Ateq-Flxcell and build your own fixture.
This version of our Flxcell still contains all the Prepackaged Controls and Valves that will enable your people to easily add your own fixture.
Many Applications include other assembly process pre and post leak test process that we can also integrate into the flxcel.
