• 6 station indexing machine
• 2D barcode read for serialized data collection
• Bowl feed and press 6 or 7 studs, depending on part number; Force vs. Distance data collection
• Press ABS ring with Force vs. Distance data collection
• Install color coded o-ring
• Check flange thickness, runout, ring tooth height with automated gauging station
• Machine is robot loaded and unloaded; no operator
