• Automated self-piercing riveting assembly machine
• Machine sets up to 4 columns of rivets at once, then grips and servo feeds the sheets to set the next row of rivets
Special Challenges:
• Multiple recipe setup – position of each column of rivets is monitored
• Row spacing is automatically calculated based on user input of sheet length and spacing tolerances, resulting in a uniform spacing
Cycle Time: 1 sheet per minute, depending on length
